I'm excited to be back riding my bike after 8 months hiatus from a neck fusion last December. I am signing up as a pledge rider for this year's 8 Lakes Leg Aches bike ride.  Since I coordinate the event, I will plan to do the 45 mile ride the weekend before 8 Lakes.  My goal is to raise $1,000 to support the vital programs of LCS Northwest.

LCS Northwest is dedicated to empowering and healing children, adults and families in crisis.  Annually, we serve over 3,700 children, individuals and families who experience violent trauma or sexual assault.

LCS Northwest offers healing and hope to trauma survivors whose lives have been ravaged by sexual assault and violent crimes. Sadly, many of these victims are children. Your generosity helps provide: Immediate Crisis Response through hotlines staffed 24/7, Therapeutic Counseling and Violence Intervention, Medical and Legal Advocacy, Anti-Human Trafficking, Personal Safety Education, and Outreach to at-risk communities and individuals.
