I missed out on this ride last year and pleased to be doing this ride this year. I have been there done that, bought the t-shirt and unseen the psychological bruises to show for it. But like all things, with the right support and strong will good things can happen. Makes this an important fundraiser in my eyes. If you can afford a small donation to a great cause, wonderful and much appreciated. If you can't afford it, then cheer me on as I ride the 75 mile goal in the 90+ temps in August.
